We serve central Texas with organic greens and vegetables that are grown aquaponically to significantly reduce water and land usage with no pesticides. We also provide grass-fed meats with no antibiotics.
Our Aquaponics greenhouse is a year round operation providing fresh greens and vegetables to our local community.
We use organically grown principles to grow our produce which includes lettuce, kale, microgreens, basil, parsley and other leafy vegetables.
We rotate our animals onto fresh grass daily. Our animals get fresh water, and they have all the sunshine they want. We do not vaccinate, or use antibiotic, steroids, or any growth hormones ever!
